Jeff Arterburn is President of the Gila/Rio Grande Chapter based in Las Cruces. He has fly fished since childhood and is dedicated to native Gila trout and Rio Grande Cutthroat trout and watershed conservation. He is a Professor of Chemistry & Biochemistry at New Mexico State University and supports outreach and education to NM youths and college students.
